In addition to being a Chief Administrative Officer for twelve Counties, Cities, Towns, and Villages, and an Official Administrator for two Alberta municipalities, he has also worked in the functional areas of public works, utilities, planning and development, and facility management, and has a strong technical background in the financial and information services areas.
